He has sold a wide variety of businesses for over 13 years, and performed an active role in the design, construction, development, marketing, and selling of business enterprises, commercial buildings, multi-family developments, raw land, and homes. He has valued and sold construction companies, service businesses, shipping companies, communication companies, professional practices, and manufacturing companies.
He has also created and managed several successful businesses of his own.

Schooled in real estate investing, business communications, and law, he is grounded with a solid education and genuine experience. He gained the designation “Certified Business Broker” through the California Association of Business Brokers, and the prestigious “Certified Business Intermediary” credential through the International Business Brokers Association.
Tami Krohn, Leasing Specialist and Business Broker Associate, is tasked with building and managing the leasing division of commercial real estate for Centurion 7. She has over 6 years of commercial leasing experience, specializing in tenant and landlord representation and business sales. Ms. Krohn has served in an intermediary capacity since 1991 when she founded Vital Link Transportation Services, a transportation brokerage company serving all of the US and Canada. Her company was voted the 9th-fastest growing business in the Sacramento area by the Sacramento Business Journal in 1998. Ms. Krohn possesses strong, experiential knowledge of the challenges faced by small business owners in all phases of business ownership.
Ms. Krohn holds a BA in Communications and a credential to teach English at the secondary level. She has been a Placer County resident for over 25 years. Ms. Krohn is married and has a son who is an officer of the United States Air Force.
Jacqueline Lajoie, Financial Analyst, grew up in southern California and attended the University of La Verne on academic scholarship. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She taught school and coached for several years. Currently she is attending college to further her education in accounting. Jacque has been with Centurion 7 since September 2016 as a financial analyst. She prepares financial statements, valuations, and other related functions. She loves her work and excels in production and her interaction with business clientele.
Cameron Dupree, director of operations, has been self-employed for over 10 years. He has already started two successful companies and is planning more. A born self-starter with a drive to see others succeed, Cameron consults clientele in marketing, management, operations, and growth. He brings a high level of hands-on experience and cutting edge tech knowledge to every relationship.
